On October 28th, the STEAMCRAFT team came together for an online project meeting, and we’re excited to share some updates!
The focus of this meeting was advancing our Framework for Sustainable Energy Education in Minecraft. We’re making great strides in designing innovative learning activities that connect sustainability topics with the engaging, creative potential of Minecraft.
On 28 October Óbuda University in Hungary hosted a delegation from the Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute (JITRI) for a day of collaborative discussions, presentations, and lab visits. The event was organized by Óbuda University’s John von Neumann Faculty of Informatics in partnership with the Regional Centre for Information and Scientific Development (RCISD).
Environmental education is an important subject for schools across the world. However, it can be difficult to build understanding of complex phenomena that might not be explicitly visible in your local community.
On October 4, 2024, the RCISD team introduced the STEAMCRAFT project at the SmartKindergarten (Erasmus+ project) Conference held in Nagyszalonta, Romania. The event attracted over 70 educators eager to learn about the project's key objectives and anticipated outcomes.
The STEAMCRAFT project was prominently showcased during the Researchers' Night event on 27 of September in Hungary, an annual initiative that celebrates science and innovation across Europe.
